The position involves directing, reviewing, and managing daily operations and staff, including all reporting. The role requires monitoring processes and budgets to reduce waste and increase efficiency, as well as developing a workforce plan to align the needs and priorities of projects and to identify and develop key employees. The position is remote with regular travel (50-75%) to job sites across the US, and a vehicle allowance will be provided. Meals and lodging will be covered on a corporate expense card when travel is required.
