About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Intern to support our field operations teams while gaining hands-on, real-world experience. If yes, Dürr is the place for you! Our three-month, paid, full-time summer internship program is designed to give students professional experience related to their field of study. Under the mentorship of a subject matter expert, students will complete a project for their assigned department.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Willingness to travel out of state to customer sites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organization and time management skills ability to work on multiple projects
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Engineering, Operations, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Basic ability to read technical drawings (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to CAD, schematics, or technical documentation Preferred
  • Familiarity with project tracking or document control tools Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with equipment labeling to support operational accuracy and safety compliance
  • Support project schedule tracking and status updates
  • Help redline and update schematics and drawings based on field observations
  • Maintain drawing logs and document tracking for version control
  • Provide basic Protag support, including data updates and coordination with project teams
  • Support site supervision activities, including progress tracking and issue documentation
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and project teams to complete assigned tasks
