The Greenville Drive relocated to Greenville, SC in 2005 and began play at Fluor Field in the West End in 2006. The Drive are the High-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox and members of Minor League Baseball's South Atlantic League. Fluor Field, a mini replica of Fenway Park complete with its own Green Monster and manual scoreboard, is widely recognized as one of the premier ballparks in Minor League Baseball. Fluor Field hosts more than 60 Greenville Drive home games each season in addition to college baseball, amateur competitions, and a variety of community and special events. The Greenville Drive organization has earned national recognition for operational excellence and community impact, including the John H. Johnson Award – the highest organizational honor in Minor League Baseball. The playing surface and surrounding grounds at Fluor Field are maintained to professional standards and play a vital role in creating a safe, high-quality experience for players, fans, and the community. Position Summary: Field Operations Game Day Staff This position reports to the Field Operations Manager and supports all aspects of game-day field preparation and maintenance at Fluor Field. Field Operations Game Day Staff are essential to the success of home games, assisting with field setup, in-game maintenance, and post-game recovery. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and contributing behind the scenes to professional baseball. No prior turf experience is required. Training will be provided. Game Day staff work primarily during home games and select events. Schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays based on the home schedule.
