We are currently seeking professionals with experience to strengthen the Latvian military skills required to successfully perform mission requirements and bolster U.S. foreign relations and national security objectives. FSR to support the operational integration of the direct and indirect fires systems (i.e. FGM-148 Javelin, TPQ-50 and TPQ-53 radars, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), M109 Howitzers, mortars, and related simulators at fire direction centers and Latvian Mechanized Brigade, Latvian National Guard (Zemessardze), JHQ, and MoD) and training across the DOTMLPF-P range from tactical employment to operation level planning in support of Latvian Armed forces training. The FSR should be a SME in the CAM planning and integration and possess experience in employing various types of fires systems (direct and indirect) with other elements of combat power (mission command, movement, and maneuver, intelligence, sustainment, protection) in a complementary and reinforcing manner to achieve decisive effects over the enemy.
