About The Position

The Field Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the operational, administrative, and office management functions of the region. This position primarily assists the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, branch associates, and Instructors, while also responding to additional inquiries and requests from within and outside the organization. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Field Operations Administrator will also contribute to reporting, data analysis, and content creation to support regional initiatives and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work onsite 1x per week in Sandy Springs, GA. or Houston office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for regional leadership and staff.
  • Prepare communications, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
  • Collect and compile information for various documents, including correspondence, reports, forms, and mail merges.
  • Monitor the timely submission of required reports (e.g., Report B) and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Create and maintain regional and branch reports, applying appropriate analytical and statistical methods to evaluate data and inform decision-making.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for building management, office equipment, and other vendors.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate facilities needs for branch office location(s).
  • Plan and manage logistics for branch, regional, and Instructor Monthly Meetings, including venue/virtual setup, catering (if applicable), and preparation of handouts and informational documents.
  • Track invitations, registrations, and attendance for training sessions and events.
  • Support the implementation of regional initiatives, such as marketing campaigns and operational projects.
  • Collaborate with branch managers and field consultants to ensure smooth execution of field operations activities.
