Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in troubleshooting break/fix issues.
• Knowledge of operating systems and software.
• Must have reliable transportation with current insurance and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• A+, Network+, CISCO LAN, WAN, Aruba, Wireless, and Android Certification preferred with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience.

Nice To Haves

• CCNA certification preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues in network systems.
• Utilize personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
• Complete tasks on-site with a readiness to report within 4 hours notice.
• Perform cable pulling as required.
