About The Position

Become a full-time Field Merchandising Specialist and join 2020 Companies! Are you enthusiastic about working with recognized brands in retail environments? This position offers full-time merchandising opportunities that include building and stocking product displays at retailers. Your designated market will be throughout nearby major Home Improvement retailer locations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and automobile liability insurance
• Ability to transport and carry essential work materials
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Ability to read and execute store planograms
• Responsible, reliable, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain product displays for specific clients
• Set up shelves and displays according to retailer-mandated planograms
• Install and maintain off-shelf display opportunities for specific products
• Travel to assigned stores, locate merchandise kits, and reset displays as needed
• Maintain planogram integrity
• Communicate Market needs to the team via chats, conference calls, emails
• Take photos of completed work and upload them for accuracy
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and store employees
• Work closely with store staff regarding shelf maintenance and appropriate merchandising standards
• Work Independently in a fast-paced environment
• Use a smartphone for various tasks, such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet
• Participate in training and certification programs
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems
• Flexibly participate in team-scheduled calls, tasks, and client work-along
