About The Position

As our Field Merchandising Representative, you will be expected to visit stores on a regular basis to inspect products and product displays and develop strong relationships with existing clients and accounts, to maximize profitability within your sales territory. As a field operation representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service along with pristine knowledge of all products, sales, promotions, and services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Bachelors or some College Preferred
  • Driver’s License
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service/ Sales Experience preferred.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Travel Required: Travel Required 75%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong in-store relationships with key individuals to drive and grow business.
  • Collaborate with teams and other company associates and provide customer insights.
  • Perform and log site inspections, including ongoing sampling for quality to provide feedback to operations team.
  • Attend and provide updates during team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
  • Monitor communication and promptly respond to calls and emails.
  • Visit store locations to check on merchandising standards.
  • Meet and greet with Store Mgmt. to obtain any feedback on the program.
  • Provide weekly reports on store visits along with any material information required.
  • Execute any ad hoc tasks as required or assigned by their manager.
