About The Position

Marco is hiring Field Merchandisers to represent Procter & Gamble — one of the world's most recognized brands — in H-E-B retail stores in the McAllen and surrounding area.
This is a part-time program. 2 store visits per week. You manage your own schedule. You get paid for results.
You'll be the person who makes sure P&G products look perfect on the shelf every single week.
This role is right for you if: You're looking for consistent part-time income with flexibility — a second job or a side hustle with structure.

Requirements

• You work well on your own and own your schedule
• You're comfortable being on your feet, moving products, and staying organized
• You have a smartphone with data and reliable transportation
• You're available to visit your assigned stores once per week.
• No experience needed — we train you completely before your first visit.

Responsibilities

• Execute P&G planograms and display setups
• Ensure products are stocked, faced, and fully compliant
• Identify and fix out-of-stocks, missing SKUs, and display issues
• Complete store visit surveys and capture photos through your smartphone
• Submit weekly reports through a mobile app — takes minutes
