Serve as a supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in the safe, proper, and efficient operation of field equipment. Assist in the planting and harvesting of crops. Preventative Maintenance Season (November – May): Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in field operations.  Maintain Lakeside company vehicles  What You’ll Bring: Prior experience with preventative maintenance, machine adjustments, and harvesting procedures is preferred, willing to provide on the job training

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Valid driver’s license is required, CDL a plus
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Safety mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with preventative maintenance, machine adjustments, and harvesting procedures is preferred, willing to provide on the job training
