What You’ll Do Diagnose hydraulic hose failures and service issues Fabricate and install hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies Route and secure hoses properly to prevent premature failure Perform clean, professional installations that meet safety standards Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions Accurately document work for invoicing and service records Maintain your mobile service unit, tools, and inventory Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with incentive pay) What Makes This Job Different Fully equipped, purpose-built service trucks Hourly pay (not commission-only) On-call incentive pay Paid training and certification (hydraulic experience not required) 24/7 technical support—never stuck alone in the field Territory-based service areas (no chaos dispatching) Clear quality and safety standards Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth Who We’re Looking For Our best technicians: Take pride in clean, professional work Care about safety—for themselves and customers Are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on problem solving Communicate well and represent the company professionally Take ownership of their work and fix issues the right way Hydraulic hose experience is not required. Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to safely operate a large service van Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Comfortable working in industrial environments (oil, grease, weather) Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background and driving checks Experience in diesel, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, field service, or mechanical trades is a plus—but not required.
