About The Position

Exterior Source | Bath Source is hiring a hands-on Field Marketing Supervisor to lead a door-to-door canvassing team that generates qualified appointments for our home improvement services. This is a working “player/coach” role—you’ll be in the field with your team daily, training, motivating, and driving results, with a clear path to grow into a Field Marketing Manager role based on performance. Requirements

  • 2+ year experience in door-to-door canvassing, field marketing, customer-facing outreach, or sales (home improvement a plus)
  • Leadership ability (experience coaching/training others; formal supervisor title not required)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging homeowners
  • Goal-driven mindset and comfort with performance metrics
  • Ability to walk 3–5 miles/day and work outdoors in varying weather
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings/weekends

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years D2D canvassing/field marketing and leadership experience
  • Experience leading a small team (training, scheduling, territory planning, KPI tracking)
  • Familiarity with lead tracking/CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front in the field: canvass alongside your team and coach in real time
  • Plan and manage territories/routes across Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Suffolk to maximize lead quality
  • Train team members on scripts, homeowner engagement, objection handling, and professionalism at the door
  • Set daily/weekly goals and track team performance metrics (doors knocked, conversations, qualified leads, issued appointments)
  • Hold the team accountable to activity standards, quality expectations, and KPIs
  • Ensure accurate lead capture and qualified appointment setting (correct contact info, expectations set, etc.)
  • Build team culture through coaching, recognition, and performance management
  • Support hiring/onboarding as needed and help develop future team leads
