Under the direction of the North America Sr. Regional Director, the Regional Program Manager will manage Oracle Academy business development, marketing, enablement, and after-care/program management efforts in his/her assigned area, in support of Oracle’s global and regional efforts to promote the Oracle Academy program. Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement Oracle Academy regional outreach activities/strategies based on global initiatives to support the widespread adoption and impact of Oracle Academy resources and benefits in the Post-secondary and K-20 education space, in a specific USA territory
  • Engage directly in business development/outreach activities, including the development of strategic partnerships with leaders at top universities and state organizations, to support the growth and impact of the Oracle Academy in the region
  • Provide content input for Oracle Academy marketing collateral, website content, presentations, articles and communications to support business development efforts to reach higher education and K12 communities
  • Collaborate and support global Oracle Academy cross-line of Business projects to drive positive outcomes to initiatives and projects, acting as Oracle’s trusted advisor to the academic eco-system while serving as the primary conduit to education systems
  • Represent Oracle Academy at local and regional events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Support required data reporting and systems development activities related to Oracle Academy, including monthly forecasts and year-in-review presentations
  • Leverage Oracle Academy systems and processes utilizing data to drive business decisions
  • Build cross-organizational relationships and develop opportunities to integrate with other Oracle organizations, including, but not limited to, regional marketing and field sales, to increase visibility of and support for Oracle Academy programs internally and externally
  • Ensure daily efforts have a focus of innovation, intention, and efficiency
