Why Field Marketing Specialist We're in the middle of a real category pivot, and every event we run is a chance to tell that story to a new audience. Getting it right takes more than good logistics. It takes someone who executes without dropping the ball and uses AI to eliminate the work that gets in the way. The Role You'll own end-to-end execution of our AMER event program, trade shows, ancillary events, executive dinners, and our flagship conference, while actively automating the repetitive so you can focus on what actually moves the needle. If you find the details energizing and AI tools second nature, this role is for you. You might be this person if: You've run events end-to-end and take quiet pride in the logistics nobody notices because everything went smoothly. You build the tracker, update it religiously, flag risks early, and have never missed a deadline. You've also started automating parts of it so you can focus on exceptions, not routine. AI tools are already in your daily workflow. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma. You've used them to kill manual work, you figured it out yourself, and you share what you built. Sales reps actually want to talk to you. You speak their language, understand what they need, and follow up without being chased. When you spot a broken or repetitive process, your first instinct is to wire up a fix, not just flag it. You're comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time because you know the best experiences aren't built from a desk.
