Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist who is determined to prove themselves, build a team, and carve out a future with one of the strongest residential home improvement companies in the country. This isn’t a 'show up and pass out flyers' role. We want someone who takes ownership of the neighborhoods, events, and communities we market to—someone who is hungry to hit goals, push for bigger results, and position themselves as the future leader of the department.

Requirements

• Field marketing, canvassing, or event experience – you’ve done this before and you’re good at it
• A strong work ethic – you put in the effort because you want the rewards
• Someone hungry for advancement – you see this as the first step toward managing and leading a team
• Outgoing, confident, and not afraid to approach people and start a conversation
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when the best opportunities for lead generation happen

Responsibilities

• Represent Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths at neighborhood and campaigns
• Talk to homeowners about their remodeling needs and offer free in-home estimates
• Set quality appointments for our sales team (the better the leads, the better your pay)
• Help develop marketing strategies and tactics that generate strong leads
• Mentor and train new marketers as you grow into a leadership track
