About The Position

AER Home Services Corporation — the parent company of Pest Hunters and Humbug Holiday Lighting — is expanding our “Ground Game” marketing efforts across Middle Tennessee. We are hiring a Field Marketing & Sign Placement Specialist to deploy marketing signage (e.g., yard signs) and distribute door hangers in targeted neighborhoods. If you like independence, flexibility, and getting paid based on output — this opportunity was built for you. This is not a clock-in job. This is not hourly babysitting. This is performance-based work with strong earning potential. Estimated earning potential: $25–$35 per hour based on production. How Compensation Works All work is tracked and verified through our company app. You will log placements inside the app The app tracks and verifies completed work Payment is based strictly on verified production The more efficient and consistent you are, the more you earn Clear. Transparent. Performance-driven. If you prefer guaranteed hourly pay regardless of output, this will not be a good fit. You will be assigned specific neighborhoods and production targets — but you choose when you complete the work (within guidelines). Door hangers must be placed between 9 AM and 5 PM. Marketing signage (e.g., yard signs) may be placed anytime that is safe and convenient. Typical workload: 8–15 hours per week. No mandatory shifts. No micromanagement.
