The Field Marketing/Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing a strong referral network of realtors and partners through ongoing relationship-building and outreach. This role involves regular participation in local networking events, community functions, and realtor team meetings to promote offerings and strengthen partnerships. The representative will also visit partnered realtor offices to maintain visibility and reinforce existing relationships, while supporting office-based operations by reporting in person daily and collaborating with local teams to drive sales performance. The position requires executing established sales strategies within the assigned territory, focusing on local engagement and partner satisfaction, and consistently meeting performance goals while delivering best-in-class service to both clients and referral partners. Participation in regular training sessions and team meetings is essential to stay aligned with company goals and continuously improve performance. Compliance with company policies and expectations, including documentation, CRM updates, and in-field activity tracking, is also required. The representative will act as a field marketing ambassador, representing the brand at in-person events, open houses, and industry gatherings to drive awareness and referrals.
