About The Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. You will be instrumental in recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborating with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel up to a two-hour driving distance and offers the chance to earn commission per partner converted.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience in outside/field sales, with a preference for door knocking/territory sales.
  • CRM experience is required, with Salesforce being preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.

Nice To Haves

  • Locals to the area are highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns (up to 90-minute driving distance).
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.
  • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
  • Lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
