BathWorks of Michigan is hiring full-time and part-time Field Marketing Representatives to represent our bath and shower remodeling services at home shows, festivals, and community events. Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking with people
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
- Willing and able to travel to events in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Saginaw, and Traverse City
- Available to work Full-Time (Wednesday–Sunday) or Part-Time (Friday–Sunday)
Responsibilities
- Represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals, and community events
- Engage with attendees and schedule free in-home estimates
- Use a proven, no-pressure appointment-setting process
- Set up and break down event booths
