About The Position

Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Programs Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Americas Field Marketing team. The team is responsible for regional marketing strategies that drive demand and contribute to pipeline creation for the business and play an active role for the area sales team ensuring they are benefiting from global marketing programs as well as executing regional programs to ensure success across all territories. This individual would support the Field Marketing Managers in creating and managing campaigns, including in-person and virtual events, direct mail, targeted programs, data management, and audience acquisition recruitment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be focused on meeting quarterly goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 3-5 years of related marketing experience.
  • Extensive Marketo and SalesForce.com experience required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must like to work in a collaborative environment with team goals.
  • Should have a passion for Field Marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketo certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Field Marketing team with creating campaigns, invitation emails and landing pages via Marketo to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the Americas Sales Teams.
  • Facilitate highly successful virtual event programs in multiple languages.
  • Responsible for data entry of leads from marketing events and lead uploads via Marketo.
  • Support the creation of targeted direct mail campaigns.
  • Manage appointment setting campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Own event recruitment programs with 3rd party vendors.
  • Source promotional items, monitor inventory management, and oversee fulfillment houses.
  • Ensure that marketing collateral is updated and marketing event equipment is current and in good working condition.
  • Execute purchase orders and invoice process with vendors.
  • Provide onsite event support, when required.
