Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Event Lead Generators
- Book, negotiate, and manage events (malls, fairs, festivals, home shows)
- Ensure booths are properly set up, operated, and taken down
- Track production, inventory, and budget
- Drive high-quality leads that turn into sales
