In this position, you will be a hands-on ambassador of field marketing aesthetics, ensuring CBH Communities are crisp, clean, and on-brand.

Requirements

• valid driver’s license
• a clean driving record
• be able to lift heavy objects
• keep up with the intense pace of this position

Responsibilities

• Inspect CBH Community entrance signs and flags to ensure they are are fresh
• Daily Field Detail List task execution.
• Daily calendar monitoring and task updating for field activities.
• Calendar and task management in Monday.com.
• Work closely with the Field Marketing Coordinator and Manager for task detail.
• Complete activities like flag placement, and various lockbox, hub and signage installs
• Community Drive follow up actions.
• Daily check-ins at CBH office to get and stock vehicles with needed field marketing signs and materials, and check in on schedule.
• Provide regular check-ins and reporting to Field Marketing Operations Manager.
• Accountable for weekly + monthly Field Marketing Results.
• Accountable for quality and fast turn around times of field work.
• All other Field Marketing activity as specified by the Field Marketing Operations Manager.
