5d$34 - $36

About The Position

Human Interest is on a mission to ensure every worker has a path to financial independence. We’re making retirement plans affordable for SMBs, and we need a Field Marketing Coordinator to help us keep the engine running. Are you early in your career and looking for a "front-row seat" at a high-growth tech unicorn? This is a support-heavy role designed for someone who thrives on organization and loves making sure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. You won’t just be doing the work; you’ll be learning the ropes of a fast-scaled marketing machine. You will work side-by-side with experienced Marketing Managers, gaining an insider’s view into how a world-class revenue team operates and what it takes to drive growth in a competitive industry. As you manage the administrative workflows that allow us to reach more small businesses across the U.S., you'll realize you aren't just a passenger—you are the navigator ensuring we stay on track as we move at 24,791 mph.

Requirements

  • 2–3 Years of Relevant Experience: You’ve spent a few years in marketing, project coordination, or event logistics and are ready to apply those skills at a high-growth tech unicorn.
  • Logistics Mastery: Proven experience managing concurrent projects or event efforts, with a knack for keeping track of the "tiny details" that make or break a program.
  • High-Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments where change is the only constant. You have a bias toward action and are comfortable "figuring it out" as you go.
  • Operational Excellence: Extreme attention to detail and highly organized. You’re the person who ensures the booth arrives on time, the swag is in stock, and the receipts are reconciled.
  • Professional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you can hold your own when speaking with vendors, partners, and internal leadership.
  • Collaborative & Independent: You are a reliable team player who can also be trusted to run with a project independently from start to finish.
  • Tech Proficiency: High comfort level with modern workplace tools (G-Suite, Slack, Salesforce).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Mission Control for Field Assets: Serve as the primary point of contact for our warehouse facilities (E3). You will own the end-to-end tracking, shipping, and timely return of all booth properties and event assets, ensuring the team has what they need, when they need it.
  • Swag & Collateral Command: Manage inventory levels and fulfillment for all company swag and field requests (such as business cards). You’ll proactively track stock and handle replenishment so our brand presence never misses a beat.
  • Reporting & Financial Hygiene: Act as the backbone for end-of-month reporting. You will lead the charge in collecting receipts, reconciling team expenses, and organizing data to ensure our marketing spend is accurate and transparent.
  • Contract & Invoice Orchestration: Facilitate the end-to-end contract and invoice process for the Field and Event Marketing teams. You’ll be the "process owner" who identifies bottlenecks in legal or procurement and pushes tasks across the finish line.
  • PAM (Partner Account Manager) Support: Serve as the dedicated support lead for our PAMs to bring their local events to life. This includes sourcing and booking venues, coordinating food and beverage, and managing custom logistics.
  • Startup Agility: As a key member of a high-growth team, you will tackle various administrative projects and "special missions" as they arise, providing the flexible support necessary to help the organization scale.
