About The Position

LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator in the Phoenix area. This field-based role is responsible for bringing LGI Homes' marketing strategies to life across various communities. This involves planning and executing community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience. The coordinator will locally activate national campaigns, improve community presentation, support content creation, and provide insights to boost sales performance. As an on-the-ground extension of the marketing team, the role ensures that all signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished, consistent, and adhere to brand standards. A key aspect of the position is managing the entire event process, from planning and coordination to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, to maintain strong community visibility and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • Strong event planning skills

  • Creativity and an eye for presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
