Summary Axis Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Field Marketing Coordinator with strong experience in trade shows, field events, and B2B channel marketing to join our high-energy marketing team. In this office-based role, you’ll report to the Field Marketing Manager and work closely with sales, marketing, and our ecosystem of channel partner teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and partner enablement across the West Region. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, and/or event coordination
  • 2+years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, social media, and CRM tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional trade shows , conferences , partner events , and field marketing activations from end-to-end
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, signage, giveaways, and post-event reporting
  • Track and manage event budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
  • Assist in developing regional marketing materials, co-branded assets, and promotional items
  • Own lead capture and follow-up process to ensure seamless transition from event engagement to sales action
  • Leverage internal tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms) to track results and optimize future programs
  • Help execute centrally planned marketing initiatives in the field with the right “local flare”
  • Evaluate ROI of meetings/events and maintain system records for reporting purposes
  • Own regional marketing reporting to provide monthly highlights to the Field Marketing Manager
  • Support the local Axis Experience Center (AEC) with coverage by ensuring the AEC is always event-ready, presentable, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards before and after customer engagements
  • Act as a hospitality lead during AEC customer meetings and events—welcoming guests, managing sign-ins, and supporting smooth meeting flows
  • Be prepared to handle last-minute requests and real-time problem-solving during events and meetings.
