About The Position

We are looking for energetic and driven Field Marketing Canvassers to join our team at SRA Roofing & Gutters. As a Field Marketing Canvasser, your primary role will be to engage with homeowners in targeted areas, promote our roofing services, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working outdoors, and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowner and team members
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation is required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Knock on doors, introduce potential clients to SRA, and explain our roofing services.
Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from homeowners about their roofing needs.
Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and educate them about the benefits of our services.
Keep track of your canvassing activities, report progress, and meet lead generation goals.
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions with homeowners.
Comply with company canvassing policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
Assist in maintaining the organization of materials and supplies for the canvassing team.
