About The Position

The Campaign and Demand Generation Manager role at Oracle is a pivotal position within the Infrastructure Global Industry Unit (IGIU), which is one of the largest industry business units at Oracle. This unit focuses on Construction and Engineering products that empower organizations to reimagine how they plan, build, and operate vital assets that enhance lives and drive progress globally. The role is designed to support the success of our customers, which include many of the world's leading construction contractors and asset owners, by building not only the best solutions but also the best teams. The Campaign Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute targeted campaigns that engage prospects and drive revenue. The IGIU Global Campaigns team is responsible for developing and scaling efficient campaign plans that align with go-to-market strategies. This involves collaborating with product marketing, sales, and various marketing teams to engage prospects through targeted campaigns and marketing activities. The Campaign Manager will be tasked with bringing the campaign strategy for Oracle's Construction and Engineering products to life through comprehensive activation plans and objectives. This includes creating omni-channel campaign plans that align with business priorities and product market maturity, designing activation plans for execution across digital, events, PR, and trade publications, and managing campaign kits that include messaging and execution plans. In this role, the Campaign Manager will also be responsible for driving a consistent message across different campaign programs and regions, leveraging customer journey maps to engage target audiences effectively, and measuring campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). The position requires coordination with Marketing Operations teams for data tracking and collaboration with Field Marketing leads across various regions to execute full funnel campaign activations. The Campaign Manager will also manage localization workflows and oversee the campaign calendar, ensuring that all digital channels and email nurture strategies are executed effectively.
