Field Marketing Associate

QuartzyHayward, CA
9d$70,000 - $81,000Hybrid

About The Position

Quartzy is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to help execute our field marketing programs, including conferences, supplier events, and customer-facing experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves being on the ground with customers, and can run event logistics with precision while keeping energy high. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supplier Partnerships, and Marketing to deliver memorable events that drive pipeline and strengthen relationships with labs and suppliers. About You You’re smart, upbeat, and highly organized. You’re comfortable being the “front line” of a brand at events, and you’re great at solving problems in real time (shipping issues, last-minute booth changes, missing signage, schedule chaos, etc.) without losing your cool. You don’t need to have been a Field Marketing Manager before, but you do need to be someone who can execute flawlessly, communicate clearly, and reliably deliver outcomes. Why Quartzy At Quartzy, we believe science moves faster when labs spend less time on logistics and more time on discovery. Our platform streamlines how labs order, track, and manage supplies so researchers can focus on scientific breakthroughs that change the world. Quartzy is the world’s #1 lab management platform, trusted by hundreds of thousands of scientists worldwide. By combining SaaS and eCommerce in a unique business model loved by customers, we help researchers spend less time on logistics and more time on discovery. From cancer research and climate change to winemaking and vegan cheese, our impact is broad and meaningful. You’ll have the flexibility of remote work, the security of a profitable business, and the purpose of contributing to discoveries that matter. At Quartzy, your work has impact—on your life, your career, and on science worldwide.

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized (you don’t drop balls)
  • Positive, high-energy, and comfortable talking with customers and partners
  • Strong execution skills: you can run an event schedule, manage vendors, and handle curveballs
  • High ownership mindset and strong work ethic. You follow through, move fast, and do what it takes to get the job done.
