What is The Role: We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Associate who thrives partnering directly with sales teams to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and build regional presence. This is a sales-aligned field marketing role — not a digital-only position. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience executing field programs, collaborating with quota-carrying sellers, and supporting account-level strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, sales-aligned marketing, or ABM programs (digital-only experience is not sufficient for this role).
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with quota-carrying sales teams and supporting regional or account-based motions.
  • Understanding of pipeline, B2B sales cycles, and territory planning.
  • A proactive, “let's get it done” attitude with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort adapting to evolving priorities in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Splash, Salesforce, Tableau, Zoom, Allocadia, NetSuite, and Google Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute targeted regional field marketing programs that directly support sales goals, including field events, ABM initiatives, executive programs, webinars, account days, and trade shows.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders and account executives to develop account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts.
  • Drive demand creation and lead-generation activities that produce qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
  • Measure and report on program performance, including pipeline influence and ROI; contribute insights to weekly sales/marketing syncs and monthly dashboards.
  • Coordinate logistics, content, speakers, agendas, staffing, and budget for Elastic-hosted and third-party events.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and technical SMEs to ensure event content aligns with key technology trends and customer use cases.
  • Participate in sales calls and territory planning meetings to stay aligned with sales priorities.
  • Work with distributed marketing teams to provide feedback, contribute to new content, and help scale programs across regions.
  • Support Elastic's participation in industry events in partnership with the global events team.
  • Develop creative, scalable program ideas that can be replicated across regions, accounts, or segments.
  • Assist in budget management and ensure accurate tracking of program spend and ROI.
