Allstar Construction (Fargo) is growing - and we're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to help expand our local presence through face-to-face marketing, community partnerships, and B2B outreach. This is not a desk-only marketing role. You'll be out in the community building relationships with property managers, realtors, insurance agents, local businesses, and community organizations - while also coordinating events, sponsorships, and marketing materials that directly support our sales pipeline. If you thrive on meeting new people, opening doors, and turning conversations into opportunity - this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • Confident, outgoing personality with strong in-person communication skills
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple events and timelines
  • Strong written communication for proposals and marketing materials
  • Self-starter mentality - you don't wait to be told who to call
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

Nice To Haves

  • Field marketing, event coordination, business development, community outreach, partnerships, B2B sales support, or brand ambassador experience.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Partnerships Identify and proactively pursue B2B prospects and local partners
  • Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial contacts, and referral partners
  • Schedule and attend in-person meetings to generate qualified introductions for the sales team
  • Represent Allstar at networking events and community functions
  • Events & Field Marketing Plan and execute trade shows, lunch-and-learns, community events, and activations
  • Manage logistics, booth setup, signage, and branded materials
  • Ensure strong brand presence and professional execution
  • Track event ROI and report lead generation results
  • Sponsorship & Brand Activation Research and coordinate sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage outreach, proposal submissions, and activation planning
  • Support brand visibility efforts in the Fargo market
  • Marketing Coordination Organize and maintain brochures, one-pagers, signage, and sales materials
  • Assist with collateral updates and localized marketing campaigns
  • Track outreach activity and partnership engagement metrics
