Field Marketing Ambassador (Part-time, South Florida)

About the position

Congo Brands is seeking a Field Marketing Ambassador to represent our brands, Alani Nu and PRIME, in the Miami region. This part-time role is essential for engaging consumers and creating memorable experiences through product sampling and education. The Field Marketing Ambassador will embody the brand values and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with consumers. This position requires a charismatic individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of our products and develop brand loyalty among consumers.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive and responsible attitude to work each day.
• Maintain a charming and cheerful attitude during sampling missions.
• Maintain a high level of energy during sampling missions.
• Embody the brand values during every consumer interaction.
• Be polite, courteous, and treat all consumers respectfully, regardless of the situation.
• Refrain from eating, smoking, and chewing gum outside of breaks.
• Treat the branded sampling vehicle with care, maintaining its premium appearance inside and outside.
• Become a credible Alani Nu and PRIME Product and Brand Expert.
• Deliver a benefits message with each consumer interaction.
• Overcome objections and answer product questions from consumers.
• Personalize product benefits for consumers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Alani Nu and PRIME influencers and social media.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for future missions.
• Occasionally provide sales support by sampling retailers and refreshing POS.
• Engage consumers using a witty and vibrant personality.
• Approach strangers and interact naturally to develop brand loyalty.
• Act as an Alani Nu and PRIME Ambassador at all times.
• Share Alani Nu and PRIME information such as social media links or sites.
• Collaborate effectively with sampling partners.
• Develop rapport with consumers through natural dialogue.
• Identify future sampling opportunities and share information with the Field Marketing Specialist/Manager.
• Share field successes with the Field Marketing Specialist/Manager through pictures.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Charismatic and outgoing personality.
• Flexible schedule: ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Mature attitude towards life and good judgement.
• Local market knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to sit for extended periods in the Alani Nu/PRIME vehicle during missions with long drive times.
• Ability to work under diverse weather conditions.
• Ability to cultivate a team environment.
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods during sampling missions.
