Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in a commission-based role.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
• Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment is required.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are crucial.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is needed.
• A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service is required.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to work on-site at Bass Pro Shops/ Cabela's.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages.
• Offer concierge services by recommending dining options and attractions, while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages to our destinations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to share efficient processes and foster collective success.
