About The Position

Abcor Home Health is expanding into Pittsburgh, and we’re looking for a confident, high-energy professional to help build our new branch from the ground up. As our Community Liaison / Marketer, you’ll be the face and voice of Abcor in the community — forming partnerships, growing referral sources, and helping families find the quality care they deserve. You’ll have the tools, autonomy, and support to turn leads into loyal clients and build your own success story in a brand-new market.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or marketing experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business
• Energetic, outgoing personality and a go-getter mentality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior communities, and physicians
• Call and follow up with caregivers, clients, and facilities — turning leads into starts of care
• Manage inbound calls, web inquiries, and lead follow-up with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Attend community events, health fairs, and meetings to promote Abcor’s mission and services
• Collaborate with branch leadership to design creative marketing and outreach strategies
• Track results and share feedback to refine our approach and maximize growth
• Hit or exceed monthly growth goals — and celebrate the wins!

• Competitive base salary ($50,000–$60,000)
• Uncapped commission – $150 per start of care after the first 10 per month (first month flexible)
