The Field Marketer (Events) position at Bath Planet/Granite Transformations involves representing the company as a brand ambassador at local events. Proactively approach & engage prospects at events in a warm and welcoming manner.
Generate and accurately capture event leads and schedule free in-home design consultation appointments for the sales team.
Assist with event booth/display setup and breakdown.
Demonstrate consistent reliability and availability.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions, effectively communicating them to prospects.
Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and collateral as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and attire.
Demonstrate a consistent positive attitude and approach, along with a teamwork mentality.
Contribute to social media platforms with photos and videos at events.
Comfortability with data entry on multiple forms of technology.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Availability and willingness to work primarily on weekends and occasional evenings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 - 10 hours.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Previous experience as Field Marketer/Brand Ambassador/Lead Generator.
Home improvement experience/knowledge.
Customer service experience.

Flexible schedule & fun work environment.
Hourly pay + generous bonus potential.
Events only in the Northeast Florida market (no overnight travel required!).
