The Field Marketer generates leads and develops/maintains relationships to drive new business opportunities. This position is located in Georgetown, Delaware. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in sales; retail experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-station phone systems, voicemail, and transferring calls.
  • Basic 4-function math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Familiarity with using computers and service-oriented CRM software.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm with challenging customers.
  • Perseverance to pursue solutions even when faced with uncooperative customers or vendors.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong abilities to multi-task, prioritize activities, and react quickly to changing information.
  • A valid driver's license with no restrictions on driving for company-related business.

Responsibilities

  • Seeks to generate leads where projects are active by visiting neighborhoods with active projects.
  • Identifies homes with potential needs and meets with homeowners to explain the value of the Company's products and services.
  • Seeks leads where storm damage may have occurred and identifies neighborhoods that may have had storm damage.
  • Tarp roofs on homes and follow the approved script and protocol when speaking with homeowners.
  • Collect samples and ITEL's, pulling shingles and siding samples for processing.
  • Perform insurance scope sheet and inspections, completing necessary scope sheets and uploading to CRM.
  • Meet insurance adjusters on site when needed to review damage and update information in CRM.
  • Perform repair attempts and document with pictures and videos, uploading all information into CRM.
  • Take photos of before, during, and after worksites to document progress.
  • Contact potential customers one-on-one by visiting neighborhood homes.
  • Leave promotional material when a homeowner is not available.
  • Manage and participate in trade/home shows and events, delivering the Company's marketing message.
  • Provide feedback to management on the results of lead generation and maintain up-to-date records.
