About The Position

The Field Market Visual Merchandiser is responsible for overseeing and owning visual execution across a designated market that includes multiple districts and a large number of stores. This role ensures visual standards are consistently executed, coached, and elevated while supporting business priorities. The Field Market VM partners closely with District Managers and store teams to drive strong, on-brand visual presentation across the entire market. We are looking for a field visual merchandiser who has a poised fashion vision, someone who is not scared to take risks and think outside the box. Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across many stores
Patient, energetic, curious, and proactive approach to visual execution and problem solving
Comfortable giving direction, assigning tasks, and following up to ensure completion
Proven ability to both delegate effectively and personally own results
Confident teaching and presenting visual standards to groups of varying sizes
Proficient in Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using Outlook and Teams as primary communication tools
Must be willing and able to travel frequently, both within the assigned market and outside of the market as business needs require
Travel may include overnight stays, and the role may require being away from home for extended periods of time
Must have a reliable vehicle in good working order
Must be occasionally available to work weekends based on business needs
This position encompasses, but is not limited to, the duties described above.

Nice To Haves

3 or more years of experience in Visual Merchandising within a retail environment
2 or more years of experience in a management role, or demonstrated leadership experience equivalent to a management level
Equivalent education may be considered in lieu of experience

Responsibilities

Own and oversee visual execution across an assigned market, including multiple districts and stores
Ensure company visual standards are consistently executed and maintained across all locations
Teach and coach visual standards to both small and large groups, including store teams and leadership
Partner closely with District Managers to align visual execution with business and operational priorities
Delegate visual tasks effectively while maintaining ownership and accountability for overall market execution
Provide clear direction, feedback, and follow-up to ensure successful implementation
Track administrative tasks, market progress, and execution timelines with strong organizational skills
Communicate expectations, updates, and feedback through clear and professional email communications
Support visual training initiatives and market-level rollouts as needed
Lead and own the visual buildout for multiple new store openings and store remodels, ensuring execution aligns with brand standards, timelines, and business objectives
