Day to day as a Field Manager As the Full-Time Field Manager at LA Health and Rehab, Inc., you will be the driving force behind the daily operational management of all activities within your designated program area in Baton Rouge. This dynamic role challenges you to implement program policies and procedures effectively while providing essential technical advice and supervision to team leaders and Direct Support Professionals. Speak Listen and write in a clear thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Anticipate understanding and respond to the needs of the internal and external recipients to meet or exceed their expectations with the organization. Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Direct or perform Day-to-Day operations of the assigned program to ensure that polices and procedure are being followed that goal and objectives are being met and that services and program being accomplished efficiently and effectively takes corrective actions as necessary and where subordinates are present may relieve them of the most difficult and projects are being accomplished.
