About This Role Function in a customer-facing role to support customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide creative solutions ensuring 100% customer satisfaction Monitor installation of jobs to ensure quality standards are maintained Coordinate installation material delivery and pickup Perform pre and post inspection of job site Collect final documents and payments upon job completion Recruit installers as needed to support growth Complete services where necessary Recommend concepts to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality Represent FHIA in project meetings and attend strategy sessions

Requirements

  • Residential construction experience preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a field management or supervisory position
  • Home remodeling, impact doors and windows installation, solar panel and energy industries- a plus
  • Must have large personal vehicle for daily use
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and data entry
  • Good organizational, social, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

Responsibilities
