Field Maintenance Technician

Mission: The purpose of the Field Maintenance Tech (FMT) is to provide inexpensive and quick repairs to the facilities within the district. The FMT will report to the District Manager for priorities and ad hoc tasks. This position will be in Georgia. The FMT is expected to work with the Property Managers to provide the highest standard of quality in safety, and visual appearance is a priority.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma required
- Work on Saturdays if needed
Responsibilities
- Track and Prioritize maintenance requests from Property Managers in the District
- Complete minor repairs at each property within the district including but not limited to wall repair, lighting repair or replacement, minor plumbing, carpentry, fixtures, fence repairs…etc.
- Partner with the District Manager to assist with vendor and scope of work management for R&M and Capex Improvements in the market.
- Report all work done, progress and location to District Manager and submit tasks completed report weekly.
- Manage company vehicle and tools Inventory. Track mileage use, fuel purchase for vehicle and items or equipment purchase for properties in the market
- Assist and manage office if business needs require or assigned by District Manager
- Attend meetings with team and vendors if needed
