This position is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all maintenance work for both internal and external customers performed in the field service areas of responsibility for equipment maintenance service; providing quotes for jobs; maintaining customer communications; assisting in reporting field service safety violations and practices and compliance with company operating policies; open, review and close work orders in a timely and accurate manner; maintain daily labor entries for employees in section and all paperwork associated. This position has major responsibilities to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction. Assist supervisor in departmental functions to enhance and improve operations and customer satisfaction.
