About The Position

The position involves various machining duties and responsibilities, including determining work procedures, machine tools, equipment, and attachments to be used for assigned work. The role requires the use of precision measuring instruments and equipment to attain accurate dimensions and maintain tolerances. The individual will set up and operate machines such as pipe cutting, flange facing, lathes, mills, drills, grinders, saws, and boring equipment. Additionally, the position includes performing field machining services on client work sites, which may involve tasks such as pipe cutting and beveling, flange resurfacing, drilling and tapping, milling motor or pump bases, line boring, key-way cutting, shaft turning, and metal disintegration bolt removal.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of machining experience (Preferred).
• US work authorization (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures, machine tools, equipment, and attachments to be used for assigned work.
• Use precision measuring instruments and equipment to attain accurate dimensions and maintain tolerances.
