About The Position

Join the Lockheed Martin Field Sustainment F-35 Team at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois! As the Field Logistics Support Representative, the selected candidate will serve as a supply chain logistics liaison for our C-5 internal and external customers and our strategic partners across the C-5 fleet. The selected candidate will function as a Lockheed Martin subject matter expert for fleet supply chain management initiatives and customer engagement. This position will also be responsible for briefing senior level management on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics. Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Monitor operational aircraft and Planned Depot Maintenance (PDM) scheduling, initiation, and support follow on actions: Providing Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) support Analyzing and resolving customer-raised Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues Assist the customer with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification Providing effective material survey support and management of non-conformance/quarantine issues Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, to include after-hours support Must be a US Citizen. No Security Clearance needed prior to start but must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance. Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience with Supply Chain Logistics and Inventory Management
  • Experience with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) support, component repair cycle management, and Target Stock Level management
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics development, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics development
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • No Security Clearance needed prior to start but must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Field Service Rep experience in a PDM environment
  • Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements
  • Knowledge of the following management systems: SAP, GOLDESP, FEDLOG, ILS-S, FEDMALL, FLITES, BLADE, G081, SDR
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
