Why Youll Love This Role: Use your existing electrical and construction skills in a dynamic, field-based role Operate lift trucks and solve real-world problems every day Join a tight-knit team that respects your time, your tools, and your talents What Youll Be Doing: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and new lighting installations Complete 15+ service tickets per week across various sites Operate a lift truck Read wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues Work with high and low-voltage electrical systems Enter basic job information using a computer or tablet What Were Looking For: Previous experience in electrical or general construction Hands-on experience with lift truck operation Strong troubleshooting skills and a get it done mindset Basic computer knowledge (email, forms, digital ticketing, etc.) Nice to Have: Familiarity with lighting systems and service/maintenance workflows Prior experience in field service or site-based electrical work About Us: Tri Star Energy is a growing, local, family-owned company with nearly two thousand employees and 180+ locations, based in Nashville, TN.
