About The Position

The Field Learning Implementation Analyst combines analytical expertise with learning and development knowledge to drive data-informed training initiatives in Operational Areas (OA). This role bridges the gap between strategic learning objectives and operational execution, using data analytics to optimize training programs and ensure measurable business impact. The position requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, while partnering with leadership to drive learning excellence across the organization. This role operates in a hybrid work environment with up to 30% of travel required to visit stores, new store openings, and training summits. The position demands flexibility to support various time zones and requires the ability to perform general office duties. Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of stakeholder management experience
  • 2+ years of learning and development or employee compliance training experience
  • 3+ years of classroom facilitation experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience formulating and implementing training and performance improvement strategies
  • Experience analyzing data to make business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee unified program implementation, facilitation, and sustainability of learning initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute OA's annual training calendar
  • Drive on-time, on-budget execution of training projects with quantifiable results
  • Manage Leadership Development Programs (CD ATL, TL, ASTL, STL)
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions for tracking training metrics
  • Analyze program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Able to effectively utilize training dashboards and other visualization tools
  • Monitor and report on training completion rates and program ROI
  • Serve as key liaison between Learning & Development and OA leadership
  • Consult with Store Support Office on training-related opportunities and gaps
  • Attend and support new store openings to ensure operational readiness
  • Mobilize and coordinate subject matter experts for program delivery
  • Influence program design based on field observations and needs analysis
