About The Position
Toyota is looking for energetic, highly motivated and driven recent college graduates or graduating seniors for their Field Leadership Development Program (FLDP) within the TFS Field Sales Organization. This program, starting in July 2025, offers a combination of on-the-job experience, classroom training, networking, and mentorship over a 22-24 month period. Participants will rotate through various areas including Credit, Dealer Funding, Dealer Lending, Dealer Support/Field Sales, and Service Operations, gaining relevant work experience at one of the three Dealer Service Centers located in Chandler, AZ; Plano, TX; and Alpharetta, GA. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into a Credit Analyst position.
