About The Position

As a Field Leader, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a better world through our commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable practices. You will be expected to bring a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to the team, along with a solid understanding of business operations, including P&L management, food safety protocols, and sales forecasting. Your ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements will be essential in ensuring that our restaurants deliver the best possible experience to our guests.
