Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team in Turnersville, NJ and help support the infrastructure of our technical organization. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for assisting employees with questions on the usage of technology and for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.
Responsibilities
- Assist employees with questions on the usage of technology.
- Install and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot technology issues for employees over the phone and in person.
- Provide timely support, response, and resolution of technology issues.
- Grant access and set up and install new devices and hardware.
- Understand and comply with all regulations that affect the IT department.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior IT related experience.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to an Information Technology position.
- At least one year of recent applicable experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive 'team-player' attitude.
