The Field IT Engineer’s role is to provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting problems, maintaining workstation performance, and entering and closing service request tickets. The Field IT Engineer will be proficient with end user support specializing in Mac, Windows, and Mobility (iPhone and Android). This role serves as an escalation point for technical issues. Daily activities include imaging workstations, managing customer issues, installing software upgrades, and interacting with Microsoft Teams collaboration tools and software.
