About The Position

We are seeking a Field Inventory Auditor who will be responsible for counting all physical inventory, generating agency audit reports, reconciling computer data with the physical counts taken, and reporting on errors found. This position provides auditing expertise to create, document, and implement required procedures and documents while driving inventory accuracy. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must contain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Beginner level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook email experience.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Must be a team player, work well unsupervised, and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job.
  • Ability to book travel accommodations as necessary using Concur.
  • Escalates issues to senior or management as appropriate.
  • Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management.
  • Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Inventory auditing experience preferred, preferably in a medical device environment.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the audit process, including the planning and execution of each field inventory audit.
  • Respond to questions and act as a point of contact on-site for the Agency during a field inventory audit.
  • Complete various types of reporting related to Field Inventory Audits.
  • Assist with the preparation of the audit agenda and scope based on processes performed by the Agencies and the Agencies' consignment locations
  • Maintain a state of constant audit readiness to ensure consistency in validated processes, systems, and controls.
  • Maintain and control all audit equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and Pelican cases, etc.
  • Assist co-auditors during audits and clarify communication and instructions to fellow members of the team to ensure a successful audit.
  • Assist with post audit tasks, including processing and updating the system files in relation to agency post audit findings, discrepancy research, and inventory corrections, etc.
  • Maintain and update all files needed to conduct agency field audits.
  • Assist in the maintenance of all work instructions and documents used for training and mentoring.
  • Required travel up to 75% to various locations on a varied schedule, which may include weekends.
