What you will do Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location in an orderly manner (occasionally in the operating room) Receive, store, and issue materials and equipment. Keep records, compile reports/metrics and assist in documenting requirements for the Branch, keeping the Branch at Audit readiness and to address quality issues with Branch management. Compile, review, and maintain records for purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents using ERP system Dispose of damaged or defective items following procedures Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies based on information from incoming requisitions Cycle count inventory in various hospital and office locations throughout territory; reconcile counts with company inventory logs; submit adjustments; responsible to count all branch inventory at least once per annual year Oversee and ensure signed Customer Consignment Agreement forms are in place for every consignment location Majority of work will be spent in the field, in hospital facilities, to ensure products are accounted for and up to date. Remainder of responsibilities will be in the office, updating inventory systems, adjusting quantities and working with different internal departments to ensure inventory accuracy. What you need Required High school diploma or equivalent Three (3)+ years of relevant work experience Valid US Drivers License and a good driving record Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs Have obtained or willing to obtain flu shot to meet hospital requirements Ability to travel overnight for business needs, as required (less than 1 mo/yr combined) Preferred Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment Experience in medical industry Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.) Experience with SAP, Power BI Travel Percentage: 40% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
